Do you know what Dry Needling is and how it can help you??

Well Jenna our Sports Massage Therapist has completed her Introductory Dry Needling course and can implement it into her treatments.

Dry Needling is a technique used by Western Medicine to treat myofascial pain by inserting a very thin needle through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points. The goal is to release or inactivating trigger points to relieve pain and improve range of motion by reducing muscle tension.

Don’t get confused between Chinese Acupuncture as Dry Needling does not involve working with Chi/Qi, the bodies meridians, and diagnosis through these channels. It has very little to do with western medicine.

Jenna is available Tuesdays / Thursdays and Fridays. Click here to check her availability.
